so i went to a She & Him show downtown yesterday (it was awesome), mainly to see zooey deschanel, cutest girl in the universe. 

and something strange happened

my passionate girl crush on zooey deschanel was usurped by my hetero lust for m. ward. omigod. 

these pictures don't completely capture the sex appeal of m. ward for two reasons: last night he was rocking some facial hair that made him adorably scruffy. and i would argue that his hotness directly correlates to his ability to play the guitar (which he does beautifully, hence my lust)

don't worry. i still love zooey.

Girl Crush

Ever since seeing Failure to Launch  (i don't give a shit what the critics say, I liked that movie!!) I have been obsessed with Zooey Deschanel.  I think she is the cutest thing ever.  I will watch a movie soley on the basis that she is in it.

Not only is she an entertaining actress, she is also in a band: She & Him.  They make 60's style folky music and are really good!
